We are pulling out an old 80 % efficient furnace and relocating the new 95% efficient American standard variable speed furnace to a different llocation in the mechanical room and adding air conditioning and an accuclean filter and a humidifier with a touch screen thermostat! We are also adding a Nuvo water filtration system in place of an old water softener! We are also adding some heat runs in the basement and replacing the ductwork with the right size for air flow!
